RLC Use PoliciesThe Radiology Learning Center facilities were developed to support the students, faculty, staff, and associates of the department of Radiology. They may not be used for the personal gain of individuals nor for outside parties' use that does not further Radiology's academic, research, or clinical objectives. Reservation RequestsTo schedule the rooms of the Radiology Learning Center, contact any staff member of Radiology in the Lucas Center. Formal educational activities and department-wide meetings have priority for the use of these rooms. All non-Stanford Radiology organizations and individuals wishing to use the facilities must be sponsored by a member of the Stanford Radiology faculty or staff . Requests for use by non-Radiology organizations or individuals must be signed by the sponsor, and an account number given in case of damage or clean-up. AV Equipment and SupportPlease see our facilities document for a list of the AV equipment available in each room. Both rooms are self-service. Questions, requests for help, and problem reports should be directed to John Mendoza. Food, Drinks, and Keeping the Rooms CleanFood is permitted in the rooms of the Learning Center for scheduled events only. The rooms may never be used as lunch rooms or break rooms. It is the responsibility of the person reserving the room to ensure that it remains clean and that any spills are reported immediately. If additional clean-up or repair of damage is needed, you will be charged for these costs. Please provide an account number at the time of reservation for additional clean-up or damages. AccessIf your event finishes after 6pm, please ensure that the entrance doors are closed at the end of your event. Please ensure that lights are turned off. If your event is held Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 5:30pm, additional access is not required. If your event starts or finishes after 5:30pm you will need to obtain a temporary access card for the Lucas Center. All exterrior doors to the Lucas Center are locked at 6:00pm weekdays. Advertising EventsNo posters, banners or materials of any kind may be affixed to walls, windows, doors or railings. These policies are reviewed quartely and may change at any time.
